1. Optimum rigid structure
1.1 Castings are made of high quality Meehanna cast iron and are heated to eliminate internal stress to ensure long-term use without deformation.
1.2 Our vertical CNC machining center using computer finite element analysis technology to design, reasonable structural strength and reinforcement to ensure the best rigidity and stability of the machine tool.
1.3 Integrated casting base has higher rigidity and better damping effect than the separate design. The wide base design provides the rigid foundation required for high-speed machining and heavy load bearing.

2. High precision high-speed
2.1 X/Y/Z three-axis adopts imported linear roller slide, with high rigidity, low noise, low friction coefficient characteristics, can do fast displacement and obtain the best circular accuracy, suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining needs.
2.2 Three-axis transmission structure adopts direct transmission, which ensures the stability of accuracy while improving efficiency.

- The warranty period of the mechanical part is one year from the date of acceptance.
- The warranty period of the controller is two years from the date of acceptance.
